Car Care Plan and Auto Protect Warranty
We are an authorised agent for Car Care Plan and Auto Protect to sell warranty policies on your vehicles, these policies cover a massive range of items and help give peace of mind over potential costs of repairs on your vehicle in the event of breakdown or failure.

•*Sample of average repair costs reflected on repair bills from various Manufacturers around the country.
•Policies vary on Make, Model, Age and Mileage
•With 3, 6 , 12 and 24 month terms and claims limits of £250 , £500 , £100 and Unlimited.
E.g. MGZR with 54,000 miles on 53 reg plate Formula 1 Policy (Car Care Plan) over 12 months with £1000 claim limit: £229+ VAT.

Terms and Conditions
All our work carries a 6 month/6,000 miles guarantee and is subject to failure of workmanship or parts supplied by and fitted by Auto Performance Teesside only.
We do not accept responsibility for any consequential damage caused by misuse,abuse,negligence,accident damage or work or parts fitted by customer which may cause parts fitted by Auto Performance Teesside to fail.
If for any reason work requested by the customer is not carried out in full the company will charge reasonable amount for any work actually done and the then current price of any goods supplied or fitted.
All parts come with a statutory 12 months guarantee and are subject to testing by the manufacturer if fail and must be free from misuse,damage,negligence and consequential damage caused by fitment or failure or workmanship from other repairs or parts.
ECU Remapping
Auto Performance Teesside offers a lifetime warranty on the software only should any issue arise.
We can also restore the vehicle back to standard at any time free of charge as we store the original data. There will be a small charge applied if we have to travel to carry out this if not at our premises.
Auto Performance Teesside does not assume any responsibility of failures , breakages or causes which result in abuse,lack of maintenance,misuse,negligence,accident,improper assembly or installation or any other causes beyond Auto Performance Teesside reasonable control.
Auto Performance Teesside excludes and will not pay any incidental and consequential damages, by this Auto Performance Teesside means any loss , expense or damage other than the product it self that may result from a defect in the product.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
